The most popular platform in the category: the largest paying audience, and fans already know how to pay there. OnlyFans keeps 20%. There is almost no in-app discovery, so growth comes from ads, socials, or an agency team.
Fansly
The same 20% cut as OnlyFans, plus a For You feed: fans can find you inside the app, not only from Instagram. Multiple subscription tiers, a higher price cap, and more room in niches OnlyFans is stricter on. A strong second storefront — or a start without a big traffic budget.
Tango
A newer niche next to subscriptions: live streams and gifts, not an OnlyFans page. Public broadcasts ban full nudity, so you can work on camera with little or no nude content. Fits if you want live contact rather than posts and PPV only.

Do I pay QueenScout to be matched?
No. Matching is free for the model. We are paid by the partner agency, and only if you actually sign. Until the fit works for you, we earn nothing. Walk away from anyone who invoices you to be introduced.
How much commission do OnlyFans agencies take?
After OnlyFans’ own 20%, the remaining 80% is split between you and the agency. Informal shops often want most of that remainder; serious agencies put the split in a contract and say who pays for ads. We treat “we’ll see” as a reason not to introduce.
Do I need a written contract with an OnlyFans agency?
Yes if you want terms you can enforce: payout date, bonus, split, who holds 2FA, exclusivity, and how you leave. A Telegram voice note is not a contract. We do not introduce without a written agreement.
What is an OnlyFans agency starting bonus?
A lump sum some agencies pay when you sign, sometimes against future earnings. Get the amount, pay date, and clawback in writing. Verbal bonuses are the most common promise that never arrives.

I would not have asked for a contract myself — it felt awkward. QueenScout made it a condition of the introduction. I signed on paper, not on a Telegram voice note.
I wrote to four agencies. Two asked for 2FA immediately, one said the bonus would come “later.” Here I got two names and a reason the rest were crossed off.
A starting bonus had already been promised in DMs. The contract after QueenScout had the amount, the date, and what happens if I leave early. That is a different conversation.
The first call was with a woman, in Ukrainian. After a string of men in burner Telegrams, that alone was a reason to reply.
Everyone pushed OnlyFans even though I already ran Fansly. They did not force a switch “because that is what we do” and matched an agency that actually runs Fansly.
I sent photos once, in the application. No agency saw them until I said yes to a specific name. That was the part I was most afraid of.
The split I was offered in DMs was worse than the one agreed before the call. Not a huge gap, but it is on paper — and who pays for ads is too.
The first agency changed the numbers after the call. I wrote to QueenScout and they shortlisted again. I did not have to retell the story to a new handle.
I had no experience, which is exactly why I did not want the first shop that replied. They said plainly what split beginners usually get, and that I did not have to sign.
