Why the team is women-only
The first conversation is with a woman, and so is every conversation after that. That is a working rule, not a slogan.
Account access, nude-adjacent onboarding, and payout arguments are already intimate enough. Models tell us they drop off when the first contact is a man in a burner Telegram asking for verification photos before any company name is on the table. Our team is women, based in Ukraine, working in Ukrainian, Russian, and English. We do not outsource that first call.

What “vetted agency” actually means here
Vetted is not a badge we print on a logo. It is a checklist we run before an agency enters the shortlist — legal identity, written contracts, how bonuses are paid, who holds 2FA, and private references from models who have already been paid.
Written contract as default
They already issue contracts, not “we’ll send something later.” We read a template before they go on the list.
Split, ads, and payouts on paper
Commission, who pays for traffic, payout rail, and schedule. If they will not write the split, they are not vetted.
Starting bonus terms
Amount, date, and clawback — or a clear “we don’t pay bonuses.” A floating promise is a fail.
Account access and 2FA
They never require exclusive 2FA before a contract. Preferred: shared access with you still able to recover the page.
Roster versus team
How many models per chatting team. One overloaded manager on fifty pages is not a match we will sell you.
Private model references
We speak to models who have been paid, not only to the agency’s marketing chat. Complaints are weighed in public too.
Platform they actually run
OnlyFans, Fansly, Tango — named, not “we do everything.” A partner that only chats OnlyFans is not listed as a Tango fit.
