An Agency Does Not Shoot For You. Here's Tuesday.

Chats, PPV, traffic, a report. Content and boundaries stay yours. Daryna Melnyk, 2 years at QueenScout: what the split actually buys. 18+ only.

A desk with a laptop, a phone and a notebook for comparing platforms.

On the landing page an agency “runs the page end to end.” On a Tuesday it looks different. Someone is in the inbox. Someone is running ads. Someone is closing the report. Nobody is shooting the bathroom set for you unless you got up.

For two years I have taken offers apart into labour, not slogans. A split only means something if you know what you are paying for — and what stays on you even when “the agency does everything.”

What the team actually does

A typical OnlyFans management agency runs a few shifts:

  • Chatters. They answer fans in your name, sell PPV, hold the “relationship” the big cheques sit in. After the $49.99 sub cap, that is where the money is.
  • A page manager. Price, sales, what hits the feed, when a discount is not permanent.
  • Traffic — if it is in the package. Ads, a buyer, sometimes Reddit or Twitter. Often a separate cost line, not “included in the split.”
  • Reporting. What came in, which PPV opened, what the ads did. A real report is the OnlyFans dashboard or an export, not a screenshot of their spreadsheet.

Fansly adds tags and tiers. Tango is live, not an inbox. If the agency “does everything” and the team is OnlyFans chatters, nothing happens on Fansly on Tuesday.

What stays yours, always

The content. The boundaries. The right to refuse a shoot that is not in the contract. The voice in stories, if you run them. Whether there is a face. An agency can tell you which set sells. It cannot be you on camera.

That matters, because “you only shoot, we do the rest” is half true. You shoot. You also live with what a chatter wrote as you at 2 a.m. So on the first call I do not ask “do you have chatters.” I ask how many pages per shift, and is there a script for boundaries. “The whole team on you” with no roster number is a landing page.

What should not cost a percentage

A $50 queueing tool does not justify 40% of your share. “Brand strategy” with no buyer does not either. If the package is chats only, the split should not match a full team with traffic. 2026 industry round-ups still put chats-only nearer 15–25%, full management higher, sometimes half of what is left after the platform cut. A number without the shift makeup is empty.

Ask it on a Tuesday, not in the deck: who exactly enters my inbox, in which languages, how many other pages they hold that shift. “We have a strong team” is not worth writing down.

Why matching exists

So you do not buy a shift that is not there, and do not hand over 50% for a spreadsheet. QueenScout does not run chats. We shortlist teams that already have a shift, a report and a contract — and we cut the ones selling Tuesday as magic. You do not have to sign. You do have to know what you are buying.

Just write to us

Matching is free for the model. We earn nothing until you are happy and choose an agency.
